CONSTRUCTION SITE POLE LED LIGHTING. 55′ Galvanized Pole Light with 5 – 500w LED Floodlights. Pole is attached to a concrete or water filled base frame that will support the 55′ tower in winds exceeding 60 mph. The base frame will have mounted an electrical control panel consisting of Main on/off fused disconnect switch, 480v, 3ph with rated fuses. Floodlight ballast enclosure mounted to switch frame. Each ballast will be fused protected and come with a green ballast on indicating light for identifying lighting circuits. Once pole light frame is assembled the base frame will have forklift pockets for positioning around project site. Base frame will have four leveling jacks with level indicators to ensure tower leveling. Tandem tower electrical connection system is available upon request. Consult factory to determine how many towers can be operated off single 480v line circuit.
CONSTRUCTION SITE POLE LED LIGHTING systems will be delivered to construction site in four pieces: 55′ telescoping tower, tower base frame, lighting cross bar and pallet of five 500w LED floodlights. Once the fixtures are attached to lighting cross bar and connected to receptacles a small picker will be used to lift tower onto base frame support to be bolted into position. Once the tower is in place electricians will make electrical connections to on-site power source. Tower will be telescoped by using electric winch system. Corner leveling jacks will then be adjusted to ensure plum of tower.
Telescoping tower will have a high wind speed monitor that will detect wind speeds over 45 mph then automatically lower tower to nesting position. Anytime the telescoping tower is in motion a red beacon light will flash to alert site operators a telescoping tower is in use.
